Product range — OEM & custom packs

Custom battery packs, built to order

CELLFORGE READOUT — OEM PACKS · CONFIGURED PER PROJECT

The OEM range is where a buyer's specification becomes a pack: voltage, capacity, case format, terminals and communications are set per project, and the management system is configured to match.

Five ranges, one product file per model

The custom range sits alongside the marine, traction, storage and home ranges rather than apart from them. The supplier describes the custom range as the point where a buyer's specification becomes a pack: voltage, capacity, case format, terminals and communications are set per project.

Configured packs are built per project, each against its own product file. Keep the written file from the first order: reorders and follow-up projects can refer back to the documented specification instead of a verbal one. The product page states that models in this range include the SC-C24105-P 24V pack and the 48V pack series.

Ask which models in the custom range already have a product file you can review against your application.

What can be configured

The company's custom page lists the following configuration options for OEM projects:

AreaOptions the company lists
ElectricalVoltage, capacity, charge and discharge rates set per project
ThermalSelf-heating function for cold-climate duty
MonitoringBluetooth, WiFi, cloud platform and SOH monitoring options
BMS softwareThresholds, protocols and data recording configured per project
InterfacesCAN, RS485 and RS232 communication interfaces
MechanicalConnector and terminal customisation; case colour, size and layout

Cells and the management system

Cell choice and management settings belong to the same project, not separate purchases. The company states it uses Grade A cells in its packs.

Because the management system is configured inside the pack, its thresholds, protocols and data recording are part of the same project file as the cells, case format and terminals. The supplier describes BMS software customisation covering thresholds, protocols and data recording, alongside charge and discharge-rate customisation. Communication is set per project too, with CAN, RS485 or RS232 interfaces available.

In practice, this means the pack you receive is defined by a single specification: the cells, the management behaviour and the communications all relate to the same agreed file. When your application changes, record the change in your project file rather than agreeing it informally. Ask for the test reports and certificate documents your market requires for the exact model before you order.

From specification to quotation

To get a useful quotation, send a written specification. Start with the application: what the pack powers, how it is used and what operating conditions it faces. State the voltage and capacity you need, using the 12V, 24V and 48V options where they fit your design, and describe the space envelope the pack must fit, including case format and mounting.

Then list the interfaces: which of CAN, RS485 or RS232 your system uses, and whether you need Bluetooth, WiFi, cloud platform access, SOH monitoring or a self-heating function. Add connector and terminal preferences, appearance requirements such as colour, and any charge or discharge-rate and BMS software customisation. Finish with the quantity and the destination.

The supplier turns this into a written quotation against your specification. Before you order, ask for the test reports and certificate documents your market requires for the exact model.

Before you order

What can be customised on a pack in this range?

The company lists self-heating function; Bluetooth; WiFi; cloud platform; SOH monitoring; charge/discharge-rate customisation; BMS software customisation (thresholds, protocols, data recording); CAN / RS485 / RS232 communication interfaces; connector and terminal customisation; and appearance and parameter customisation (colour, capacity, voltage, size).

Which models are in the custom range?

The product page states that models in this range include the SC-C24105-P 24V pack and the 48V pack series. Wall-mounted and stackable formats are listed in the home energy storage range.

Are the cells Grade A?

The company states it uses Grade A cells. Ask for the test reports and certificate documents your market requires for the exact model before you order.

What should I include when I send a specification?

Include the application, voltage, capacity, space envelope, interfaces, quantity and destination. The supplier uses these details to prepare a written quotation against your specification.
