What to include in your message
A useful first message gives the sales team enough to quote the right pack or system. Tell us the model or range you are costing, or describe the job if you have not chosen a model yet.
State your voltage and capacity targets, the application the pack will serve, and the quantity you are planning for. Quantity matters because terms are quoted per model and per volume.
Name the destination market. It shapes which documents travel with the shipment and which terms apply.
List any document requirements your market or your customer places on the purchase. If you already know which test reports and certificate documents you will need, say so in the message.
Add anything else that constrains the choice, such as how the pack will be installed or what it will connect to. The more detail you send, the more specific the written quotation can be. The form on this page is the contact route.
