CELLFORGE READOUT — VOLTAGE · CAPACITY · APPLICATION · QUANTITY
The fastest route to an accurate quotation is a complete inquiry: the application, the electrical targets and the commercial basics, all in one message.

The four fields that decide the quotation
Voltage sets the electrical platform. A different nominal voltage changes the number of cells in series and the electronics that manage them, so it is the first input we need.
Capacity determines how much energy the pack stores and how the cells are arranged. It also affects enclosure size and weight, which in turn affects how the pack fits your application.
Application tells us the duty cycle, the environment and the mechanical constraints. A pack for a floor scrubber is not the same as one for a telecom cabinet or a solar store.
Quantity shapes the commercial terms and the production route. It is not a threshold you have to guess: tell us your real volume and we will quote for that volume.
Destination matters for documentation and logistics. It tells us which paperwork your market will ask for, so we can point you to the right documents before you order.
Options worth naming in the inquiry
The company describes a list of customisation options on its custom page. You do not have to accept a standard pack if your application needs something else.
You can request self-heating for cold environments, Bluetooth for local monitoring, WiFi for remote connectivity and a cloud platform for fleet-level visibility.
State-of-health (SOH) monitoring can be included so you can track how the pack ages in service.
Charge and discharge rates can be customised to match your equipment, and the BMS software can be tailored to your operating logic. CAN, RS485 and RS232 interfaces are available for integration.
Connectors and terminals can be changed to suit your wiring, and appearance and parameters can be customised. Name the options you need in the inquiry so the quotation covers them.
What happens after you send it
You receive a written quotation for the specified model or configuration. It is written for the pack you described, not as a general offer.
Ask for the specification sheet for that configuration with your inquiry, so you can check the electrical and mechanical details against your requirements.
If you need to evaluate a unit before committing to a volume order, ask for the sample terms for that model in the same message. Order terms are set out for the production quantity you stated.
If your market requires test reports or certificate documents for the exact model, ask for them with your inquiry. We will tell you what is available for that configuration.
Before you order, review the quotation and any specification sheet you requested against your application. If anything is unclear, reply with your question and we will address it in writing.
Before you order
What information do I need to provide to get an accurate quotation?
The inquiry asks for voltage, capacity, application, quantity and destination. A complete inquiry — the application, the electrical targets and the commercial basics in one message — is the fastest route to an accurate quotation.
Can the pack be customised for my application?
Yes. The company lists customisation options including self-heating, Bluetooth, WiFi, cloud platform, SOH monitoring, charge/discharge-rate customisation, BMS software customisation, CAN / RS485 / RS232 interfaces, connector and terminal customisation, and appearance and parameter customisation.
What will I receive after sending the inquiry?
You receive a written quotation for the specified model or configuration, covering the order terms; ask for the specification sheet for that configuration with your inquiry. The reply is in writing for the configuration you described.
How do I handle certification and test reports for my market?
Ask for the test reports and certificate documents your market requires for the exact model before you order. Request the documents for the exact model and configuration.
