Series — 12V / 24V packs

12V and 24V LiFePO4 battery packs

CELLFORGE READOUT — 24V SERIES · THREE CAPACITIES, ONE TABLE

Three published capacities on one 24V table — 100Ah, 200Ah and 250Ah — covering the forklift, mower and equipment duties the 24V series is built for.

The published 24V table

The company publishes one specification table for the 24V series; the three models share its electrical frame and differ in capacity, case and weight:

ModelCapacityEnergyMax dischargeCase (mm)Weight
SC-24100100Ah2560Wh100A502×187×243~22kg
SC-24200200Ah5120Wh200A550×322×240~45kg
SC-24250250Ah6400Wh250A760×249×245~55kg

Choosing between the three capacities

Start with the duty cycle, not the label. For single-shift equipment with breaks for charging, the 100Ah model may be enough. For multi-shift fleet work where the pack is discharged deeply and recharged between shifts, look at the 200Ah or 250Ah model. The product page states the 24V series table lists SC-24100 at 100Ah and 2560Wh, SC-24200 at 200Ah and 5120Wh, and SC-24250 at 250Ah and 6400Wh, with maximum continuous discharge of 100A, 200A and 250A respectively.

Check tray space and weight limits before you settle on a capacity. The series table gives the three models' cases as 502×187×243mm, 550×322×240mm and 760×249×245mm, and weights of about 22kg, 45kg and 55kg. A larger pack can mean a different mounting plate and a two-person lift.

The supplier describes all three as nominal 24V/25.6V with a charge voltage of 29.2V. Each model's detail page carries its full specification. Ask for the test reports and certificate documents your market requires for the exact model before you order.

Where 12V projects fit

The three models above are the 24V series: fixed models with a published specification table. If your project runs at 12V, the same desk handles it as a custom project rather than a catalogue item. Custom projects in this voltage class also include 12V models — the OEM list includes a 12V pack, the SC-1250, as an example.

That means the conversation starts with your application: what the pack powers, how it is charged, and the space it has to fit. The 24V models share nominal 24V/25.6V, a charge voltage of 29.2V and communications over RS485, CAN and RS232. A 12V custom pack is specified on its own figures — do not carry the 24V values across; confirm each item for your build in the quotation.

Because a 12V pack is configured to the project, do not assume the 24V table's figures carry over. Ask for the test reports and certificate documents your market requires for the exact model before you order.

Before you order

What capacities are published in the 24V series?

The company's 24V series table lists three models: SC-24100 at 100Ah and 2560Wh, SC-24200 at 200Ah and 5120Wh, and SC-24250 at 250Ah and 6400Wh. The product page states these are the published capacities for the series.

What are the charge voltage and continuous discharge ratings?

The supplier describes the series as nominal 24V/25.6V with a charge voltage of 29.2V. Maximum continuous discharge is 100A for SC-24100, 200A for SC-24200 and 250A for SC-24250, according to the product page.

What are the dimensions and weights of the three models?

The series table gives the sizes as 502×187×243mm, 550×322×240mm and 760×249×245mm, and the weights as about 22kg, 45kg and 55kg, in the same model order. Check tray space and lifting arrangements against these figures before you order.

Do the packs support communication with my system?

The supplier describes communications over RS485, CAN and RS232 for the 24V series. Confirm the protocol and connector details for the exact model with the supplier, and ask for the test reports and certificate documents your market requires before you order.
